The study included an in-depth SWOT analysis and environmental analysis, a vision for the future defined by internal and external stakeholders and pinpointing of the conditions necessary to achieve this vision for the future.

A step-by-step plan and timeframe was also worked out for the actual implementation of the strategic care plan.
