At Moore, we don’t just advise companies on sustainable and responsible business strategies—our own ESG team is actively driving our sustainability transition.
We strive to reduce our ecological footprint and promote sustainability across all aspects of our operations. Some of our key environmental measures include:
- Reducing carbon emissions: We implement a mix of strategies, such as investing in renewable energy sources for our offices and further electrifying our vehicle fleet.
- Energy performance evaluation: Our offices are regularly assessed to optimise energy use. We have also achieved EPC certification to guarantee energy efficiency.
- Investment in renewable energy: We installed solar panels on our office buildings to generate renewable energy and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
- Electric and hybrid fleet: In 2023, 27.9% of our fleet was fully electric and 50.6% hybrid.
- Bicycle leasing schemes: In 2023, we introduced new bicycle leasing contracts to encourage employees to choose sustainable commuting options.

- Employee well-being: Healthy people make a healthy organisation. We place great importance on the physical and mental health of our employees. Initiatives such as ‘Well-being Week’, training programmes, and a flexible rewards system contribute to a positive at-mosphere both on and off the work floor.
- Personal development and training: We foster personal growth through an open feedback culture and individual development plans. Our Moore Academy offers a diverse range of training courses each year. In addition, young talents get the chance to make an immediate impact through our Young Graduate Programme.

- Whistleblower policy: This policy promotes a culture of integrity and transparency, ensuring employees can freely report potential miscon-duct.
- Sustainability teams: We have appointed dedicated teams within our organisation to champion our ESG vision and ensure the sustainability strategy is embedded in all operations.
- Training and awareness: Our employees regularly receive training in data security and compliance, ensuring they are always up to date with the latest developments and best practices.
- New environmental reporting: We have implemented new reporting processes, including carbon footprint assessments, to better understand and reduce our environmental impact.
In addition to our own initiatives, we offer comprehensive ESG advisory services to our customers, guiding them through their own sustainability process. This includes providing knowledge, tools and insights to succeed in their core business, with a focus on strategic alignment and integration of ESG principles.
