Europe WSE, the funding agency formerly known as ESF, encourages companies to include themes around workable work and inclusiveness within their corporate culture.

Workability Voucher (Extended until the end of 2023!)

KIdentifying bottlenecks regarding workability within the organization:
  • Purchasing a measurement or scan to assess the level of workability within the organization.
  • and/or procuring guidance for conducting a scan/measurement. Guidance may also include:
  • Reporting on workability.
  • Developing a workability plan, prioritizing measures or improvement projects outlined in this plan.
  • Monitoring and following up on changes related to workability.
  • Developing a telework policy.
Purchasing guidance/training for:
  • Adjustments to workstations and work organization that enhance workability and employee safety.
  • Enhancing competencies necessary for workability.

Addressing a policy on employees' psychological well-being and/or mental resilience/energy (for both employees and employers).

  • Support percentage: 60%
  • Support ceiling: €10,000 per company
