Workability Voucher (Extended until the end of 2023!)
KIdentifying bottlenecks regarding workability within the organization:
- Purchasing a measurement or scan to assess the level of workability within the organization.
- and/or procuring guidance for conducting a scan/measurement. Guidance may also include:
- Reporting on workability.
- Developing a workability plan, prioritizing measures or improvement projects outlined in this plan.
- Monitoring and following up on changes related to workability.
- Developing a telework policy.
Purchasing guidance/training for:
- Adjustments to workstations and work organization that enhance workability and employee safety.
- Enhancing competencies necessary for workability.
Addressing a policy on employees' psychological well-being and/or mental resilience/energy (for both employees and employers).
- Support percentage: 60%
- Support ceiling: €10,000 per company
