Europe WSE, the funding agency formerly known as ESF, encourages companies to include themes around workable work and inclusiveness within their corporate culture.

'Anders Organiseren'

With the 'Anders Organiseren' initiative, the European Union aims to help SMEs evolve into learning and innovative organizations. SMEs are given the opportunity to optimize their work structure, coordination, and learning processes. The ultimate goal is to keep SMEs sustainable and productive, with motivated employees in feasible roles.

For whom:
  • Profit and social profit SMEs located in the Flemish Region
Eligible activities:

Phase 1 - Analysis

  • Situation analysis, drafting an action plan, KPIs, creating support

Phase 2 - Implementation of action plan

  • Task distribution, flex matrix, coaching of managers, etc.
Eligible costs:
  • Personnel costs
  • Costs of project staff (freelancers/external service providers/interim staff)
  • Fixed forfaitary cost of 15%

Eligibility criteria:
  • No cumulation with Leergoesting or Drive 2
  • Subcontractors/external service providers must have a WSE quality registration
  • Personnel costs must be directly attributable to the project
Evaluation criteria:
  • Relevance – substantiation of needs/issues
  • Feasibility – realistic action plan contributes to goals
  • Adequate administrative capacity – good management of resources
  • Cost-benefit ratio

Subsidy:
  • Support percentage: 70% 
  • Support ceiling: max. EUR 80,000
Application:
  • Deadline: 31st of October 2024
  • Project start: starting from the 1st of February 2025
  • Duration: 24 months
    • Phase 1 – 5 months
    • Phase 2 – 19 months
