We were selected to analyse, and formulate improvement proposals for, the European sales structure, brand strategy, marketing strategy and product development issues for both the Vasco Group and its individual companies.

Results

The recommendations resulted in a complete rationalisation of the product range, repositioning of the brands, redesign of the B2B and B2C sales organisation, new features in B2B and B2C marketing and optimised product development.
