Reprobel is the Belgian central management company that collects and distributes the remunerations for reprography and public lending.
Client requirement
The Board of Directors asked Moore Belgium to carry out the following tasks:
- A review of Reprobel’s operations for the execution of the company’s three core tasks.
- A review of the decision-making process and administrative handling of the distribution of collected fees, to introduce greater efficiency into the implementation and division of tasks.
