Customer case

Sector: social profit

Ons Tehuis Brabant is a care provider responsible for providing care and guidance to adults with a mental disability. The sector is undergoing major changes that not only affect care provision budgets but also operations.

Client requirement

Moore was asked to guide the management team and employees during the transition from a supply-driven to a demand-driven organisation.

Approach

During the initial phase a thorough AS IS analysis was performed in order to formulate new objectives with regard to the desired transition.

A change programme was set up in conjunction with a steering committee and included the following:

  • A satisfaction survey as a test point
  • Formulating an internal communication strategy and corresponding communication plan
  • Supporting managers to promote coaching leadership using training sessions on change management, charting development points, etc.
  • Supporting employees in transition via workshops focused on, amongst other things, feedback and communication

Results

The aim of the change programme was to successfully implement the change strategy and new objectives. This resulted in:

  • A shared vision on change
  • A clear insight into resistance
  • Building trust
  • An achievable focus and execution plan
