Broederlijk Delen came about in 1961 as an emergency aid organisation and subsequently evolved into an NGO involved in structural development cooperation.Broederlijk Delen works with approximately 63 professionals in Flanders, of which about 40 are based at the National Secretariat.Other staff members work at regional services (Antwerp, Ghent, Hasselt, Mechelen and Roeselare).

Client requirement

Broederlijk Delen was facing several internal communication challenges. Communication is vital for Broederlijk Delen and is de facto not the exclusive domain of a single department, but rather a field of work to which each department can contribute/provide an input.
