Supports projects that advance clean energy systems, sustainable transport, and climate science to strengthen environmental sustainability, economic competitiveness, and societal well-being.
Proposals must involve at least three partners from three different EU or associated countries, including academia, industry, and other relevant sectors.

- RIA: up to 100% for all participants
- IA: up to 70% funding (up to 100% for non-profit legal entities)
