Moore Corporate Finance is pleased to have successfully assisted the shareholders of Crossport in its sale to Katoen Natie.

Crossport, founded in 2016, is a logistics service provider that offers warehousing and logistics services in Wachtebeke, near Ghent in Belgium. They also offer value-added logistics services such as stuffing of containers and cross-docking of general cargo. The company employs 15 people and has a total storage capacity of 120,000 m² of which 51,000 m² are covered.

Following the recent take-over of Transport L'Ecluse (also with support of our Mid-market M&A team), this is a second acquisition that strengthens the market position of Katoen Natie in the port of Ghent.

Transaction accompanied by Danny Achten, Partner, and Wout Haesebrouck, Director Moore Corporate Finance | Mid-market M&A.
