Liekens nv acquired by TOI TOI & DIXI Group GmbH.

TOI TOI & DIXI Group GmbH is the world market leader in the field of mobile connectionless sanitary units and is active in 29 countries with 47 operating companies. With its 4 000 employees, the group achieved sales of € 430 million in 2020. The British private equity fund Apax Partners has been the group's majority shareholder since 2019.

Liekens nv specialises in renting out temporary sanitary facilities throughout Belgium. The company realises a turnover of approximately € 10 m with a recurrent EBITDA margin of 30%. Liekens employs some 50 people.

Liekens will continue its activities within TOI DIXI Group, making use of shared expertise and geographical optimisation.
