We look back on 2025 at Moore Belgium with confidence. It was a year in which we made thoughtful choices around direction, connection and sustainable growth. By staying true to our DNA, guided by our values, our commitment and our Noble Purpose, we continued to create impact for all our stakeholders.
Connected in our growth
In 2025, Moore Belgium recorded a turnover of €257.8 million, a clear increase compared to the previous year. We moved from accelerated growth to strategic growth, focusing on the right regions and areas of expertise, while strengthening our Advisory services to support entrepreneurs more broadly.
Digitalisation and the first applications of artificial intelligence are playing a key role in building a future-oriented organisation.
“ We have moved from accelerated growth to strategic growth. It’s not about growing as fast as possible, but about growing in the right regions or within specific service lines.” – Mieke Van Aerde, Director of the Group Office
Connected through our people
Our growth is driven by our people. In 2025, our team grew to over 2,200 employees, alongside significant investments in culture and leadership.
With “Business as unusual”, we focus on creating an environment where everyone can be themselves and grow — an approach recognised with a podium place in the Best Workplaces in Belgium.
Our strong focus on connection and development helps us remain agile.
“Business as unusual is how we work: a little different, with more freshness, authenticity and entrepreneurial spirit than elsewhere. That’s what defines who we are.” – Mireille Coudron, Chief Human Capital Officer
Connected to the future
We are building the future of Moore Belgium around connection and scaling up, with a clear role in an increasingly international context. “Many of our clients are expanding into other European countries,” explains Peter Verschelden. “We see that they are looking for a single point of contact — a partner who can support them across borders. It’s up to us to meet that expectation.”
This requires stronger international collaboration. “Strengthening collaboration between Moore’s national entities is a real asset for everyone,” adds Matthias Geyssens. We therefore continue to invest in strategic growth, strong collaboration and an integrated service offering, in line with our positioning “Entrepreneurs, just like you.”
“We structure our approach around one central principle: being there at the moments that truly matter for entrepreneurs.” – Birgit Heymans, Marketing Director
