The international Lean management certification programme
This programme has two levels:
1. Green Belt (CGBL®)
- Content: fundamentals of the Lean philosophy: the basic terminology, initial tools & techniques & introduction to project management
- Target audience: first line supervisors
- Test format: only a theoretical test
- Objective: become a successful member of an improvement team
- Duration: 18 hours
- Price CGBL® open course: €1395 excl. VAT + exam: €350 excl. VAT
2. Black Belt (CBBL®)
- Content: application of the tools and techniques of a Lean Strategy & from a current state to a future state in different environments & improvement management & introduction to Lean accounting and human factors on the group level
- Target audience: middle management
- Test format: theoretical test and practical case study
- Objective: become the leader of an improvement team
- Duration: 20 hours
