Joël heeft gewerkt voor bedrijven in verschillende sectoren zoals energie, nutsbedrijven, farmaceutica en medische hulpmiddelen. Hij is een expert op het gebied van Supply Chain Planning, Voorraadoptimalisatie, Planning Systeemintegratie, Procesverbetering en Organisatieontwikkeling.
