Several companies that follow up the safety measures in the workplace are confronted with workers who refuse to return to work.

 

 

 

 

If an employee refuses to go back to work, you can best inform that employee that he or she needs to resume work by registered post. In case of repeted refusal, this counts as an argument for termination of the employee's contract. Ensure that every step is well documented so that you have sufficient evidence in case of a dispute.
