In that case, you can request a repayment plan from the NSSO.

If your company is experiencing economic difficulties and is unable to pay your social security contributions on time, you can request an amicable repayment plan from the NSSO for the first and second quarters of 2020. In that case, you make monthly payments for a maximum period of 24 months.

If you have paid all your social security contributions correctly, the NSSO may exempt you from contribution surcharges, lump-sum reimbursements and/or interest. However, this depends on a decision of the NSSO and is therefore not automatic.

To apply for such an amicable payment plan, fill in the form that can be found on the website of the NSSO. In the box 'Your motivation' you explain how your company suffers financially because of the Corona virus (compulsory closure, no delivery of raw materials, fewer orders ...).
