Interesting career opportunities

The survey not only shows that the salaries are on the rise, it also shows that the Supply Chain sector is very stable working environment that offers a lot of career opportunities.  More than a quarter of the employees either got a promotion or moved laterally within their company the last year.

A well-respected balance

Especially in this global pandemic, Supply Chain professionals have been able to remain active as companies rely more than ever on the flexibility of their Supply Chain.

It's also nice to notice that the salary gap between men and women is narrowing and is almost non-existent below the age of 40.
