The Flemish incentive bonus that already existed to encourage employees to work part-time in order to avoid redundancies was extended to companies that, as a result of the corona crisis, experience a decrease of at least 20% in turnover, production or orders in the month preceding the interruption compared to the same month in the previous year.

 

 

 

 

The monthly premium for the employee is between € 68 and € 172 and can start on 1 April 2020 at the earliest and end on 30 June 2020 at the latest.

The employer must demonstrate this by drawing up a plan showing this reduction and what the labour redistribution measures are that will be taken.
