 ### IIBLC Lean Management 

You worked and studied for years to expand your knowledge and skills in the area of Lean Management, whether in industry, human services, health care or any other environment. But how can you prove it? Your successful implementations are recognised within your company, but you would like the whole world to know!

Now you can prove yourself, or show your (future) company that you master the necessary management knowledge and skills thanks to the **international independent Lean Certification programme.**

 ## The international Lean management certification programme 

This programme has two levels:

#### **1. Green Belt (CGBL®)**

- Content: fundamentals of **the Lean philosophy:**  the basic terminology, initial tools & techniques & introduction to project management
- **Target audience**: first line supervisors
- **Test format**: only a theoretical test
- **Objective**: become a successful member of an improvement team
- **Duration**: 18 hours
- **Price** CGBL® open course: €1395 excl. VAT + exam: €350 excl. VAT

#### 2. Black Belt (CBBL®)

- Content: application of the tools and techniques of **a Lean Strategy** & from a current state to a future state in different environments & improvement management & introduction to Lean accounting and human factors on the group level
- **Target audience**: middle management
- **Test format**: theoretical test and practical case study
- **Objective**: become the leader of an improvement team
- **Duration**: 20 hours
- **Price** CBBL®: open course €1695 excl. VAT + exam: €400 excl. VAT
