# Eureka network - Eurostars

**Eureka Network project grants** support SMEs and/or large enterprises wanting to carry out research and development projects where international collaboration is needed.

 

 

 



  
  Supports innovative SMEs and R&D-performing SMES with international projects. Eurostars supports the development of rapidly marketable innovative products, processes and services.

##### Project duration: 

- max. 24 months

##### TRL level: 

- 3-7

 

 


- Consortium must include at least 2 independent partners and established in at least 2 different Eurostars countries.
- Consortium is led by an R&D performing/innovative SME.
- Typical consortium consists of 3 partners.
- Partners can include: other SMEs, academic/research organisations or LEs.

 

 


Funding percentage:

- EUROSTARS uses a central submission and evaluation procedure
- Calls for proposals
- A research performing SME must be the lead applicant
- For the applicant/partner located in Flanders, VLAIO funding rules apply and received a 15% uplift for a collaboration.
