A Belgian sauce manufacturer wanted to support further growth through digitalisation. Its existing IT landscape was outdated and provided insufficient support for planning, forecasting, and cost calculations. Following a vendor selection process, Microsoft Dynamics 365 was chosen as the new ERP platform.

### Challenge

The digital transformation had a significant impact on all departments. The go-live had to take place in a production environment where downtime was not an option. Strong business-side project management, clear governance, and change management support were essential.

### Our approach

Moore Advisory took on the business project management role. We supported business owners and key users, monitored deliverables, and assisted management in determining the right go-live timing. We also remained closely involved during the post-go-live stabilisation period.
