Artes has important growth ambitions in the changing world. To achieve this, Artes will position its subsidiaries as an integrated group. Business Consulting was selected to help achieve these goals. Business Consulting challenged Artes’s senior management to jointly determine the mission. The team translated it into a strategic plan and determined ownership for each of the strategic projects.
Business Consulting provided the framework within which our senior management team could work out this exercise. The subsidiary companies grew closer together thanks to the definition of our strategic direction as a single group, Robert Hoornaert, managing director of Artes Group
A team of senior management worked out the new strategy. The new strategy is the basis to determine how Artes Group can set up and organize themselves better internally (people, processes, finance). The goal is to achieve the objectives as effectively, sustainable, and efficiently as possible.
Business Consulting consultants pushed us out of our comfort zone. The 'Growing Together' process was one of strategic and long-term thinking, and looking at how to achieve our goals by having Artes Depret, Artes Roegiers, Artes TWT and Artes Woudenberg and Caaap (formerly Vanaerents Development) work together as one organization, Johan Van Overwalle, Managing Director Artes Roegiers
Today the "Growing Together" project is in full implementation. Moreover, graffiti artist Steve Locatelli translated "Growing Together" into a unique piece that today boasts the brand new headquarters of Artes Depret in Zeebrugge. Artes is arte(s).
